Q: What are your products made from?
A: All of our miniatures and gaming accessories (unless otherwise stated in the post) are 3D printed in house using PLA plastic. PLA is durable, lightweight, and well suited for tabletop use and painting.
Q: Are your miniatures resin or plastic?
A: Our miniatures are currently only printed in PLA plastic, not resin. We use FDM printing to create sturdy, affordable pieces that are meant to be played with rather than treated as display only items.
Q: Are the miniatures painted?
A: No. All miniatures are sold unpainted unless clearly stated otherwise. They are ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. Any painted photos are used for example purposes only.
Q: Will my item look exactly like the photos?
A: Because each item is 3D printed, minor variations and visible layer lines are normal. We focus on clean, consistent prints, but small differences are part of the process and part of what makes each piece unique. We also utilize 3D model photos provided by the artists. When we have printed inventory available, we will include photos of the actual printed item.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes. We do accept custom orders depending on complexity, availability, and printability. Custom work usually starts with a conversation to understand what you are looking for.
Q: Can you print my STL file?
A: In many cases, yes. If you already have a model you would like printed, contact us with the file and any relevant details. We will review it and provide pricing before moving forward. We apply the same care and quality standards to customer provided models as we do to the models we sell in our shop. We also will not sell your models to anyone else without explicit permission from the original creator.
Q: Can you modify an existing model?
A: Small adjustments may be possible depending on the model and the request. Let us know what you have in mind and we will tell you what is realistic.
Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Custom orders vary in turnaround time depending on complexity and current workload. We will give you an estimated timeline before starting any custom work.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within a few business days. We generally are a print on demand service with occasional inventory items from conventions. Larger orders or custom items may take longer. If there is ever a delay, we will communicate it clearly.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select orders. If you are outside the US and interested, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to ship to you, we just need to work out the fine details ahead of time.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or convention pickup?
A: In some cases, yes. If you are attending an event or convention where we will be present, reach out before ordering to see if pickup is an option. If you are local to us please reach out for us to discuss further before ordering.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has entered production or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged or significantly flawed, contact us with your order number and photos. We will work with you to make it right. We take pride in what we sell. PLA can be brittle, and damage can occasionally occur during shipping or play.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because our items are printed to order and sometimes customized, we generally do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, reach out and we will help resolve it.
