By accessing or purchasing from Train Wreck 3D, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Information
Train Wreck 3D is a small, independent shop offering 3D printed tabletop miniatures and gaming accessories. All products are produced in house unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
Products and Services
Our products are primarily 3D printed using PLA plastic. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations, visible layer lines, and small differences between items are normal and should be expected.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all miniatures are sold unpainted.
Some product images may include digital renders or artist provided model images for reference. When printed inventory is available, photos of the physical item may also be shown.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues with availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of our services.
Shipping and Delivery
Most orders are printed to order and ship within a few business days. Larger orders or custom items may require additional time.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, shipping carrier issues, or events outside of our control.
Train Wreck 3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are printed to order and may be customized, we generally do not accept returns.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly flawed, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case by case basis.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are subject to approval based on complexity, printability, and availability.
For customer provided models, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the files submitted. Train Wreck 3D will not resell or redistribute customer provided models without explicit permission from the creator.
Custom order timelines and pricing will be communicated before production begins.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and product listings, is the property of Train Wreck 3D unless otherwise stated.
Designs provided by third party artists are printed and sold in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.
Limitation of Liability
Train Wreck 3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our products are intended for tabletop gaming and hobby use only. They are not toys and are not intended for children without supervision.
