Most orders are printed to order and ship within a few business days. Orders that include larger quantities or custom items may take additional time to produce.
If there is ever a delay beyond our normal processing time, we will communicate that as clearly as possible.

Train Wreck 3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select orders. If you are outside the US and interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing so we can review options and pricing.
Convention and Local Pickup
In some cases, local pickup or convention pickup may be available.
If you are attending an event or convention where we will be present, or if you are local to us, please reach out before placing an order to confirm availability and arrangements.
Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Train Wreck 3D is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the situation and work with you to find a resolution.
